Observation

Lion’s mane is a distinctive white mushroom with cascading teeth rather than gills. Its tender, meaty texture and mild flavor are often compared to crab or lobster. It can be sautéed, roasted, or added to soups and sauces.

Lion’s mane has long been used in East Asian traditions to support digestion, vitality, and general well-being. It is now being studied for benefits involving memory, the nervous system, inflammation, and blood-pressure regulation. This is not medical advice.
