Writing
Notes from the farm, and questions that reach beyond it.
Dark Hollow is a place of practice, but it is also a place to think. We write about farming, nature, technology, Anthroposophy, community, craft, and the strange work of being human in a living world.
Leave a Trace
A central thread in our writing asks a simple question: if human beings will always change the places we live, how might those changes become gifts rather than scars?
From the field
Not everything begins as a grand idea. Some writing starts with a hive, a plant, a failed experiment, a strange patch of soil, or something noticed while walking the farm.
Longer essays and paid writing will increasingly live through our newsletter, while this site remains the doorway into the work.

A New Way Into the Hollow
