Observation

Moody Family okra is a rare West African okra passed down for generations by an African American family, with its seed story tracing through Missouri and back to West Africa. At Dark Hollow, we especially value its large pods, which remain tender longer than most okra and allow for a generous harvest. They are excellent in gumbo and other traditional okra dishes.
