What is Biodynamics

Biodynamics is a method of farming developed by Rudolf Steiner that includes celestial and spiritual considerations. The goal of biodynamic farming is to produce food with vital life forces… more than the physical substance that we attribute to nutrition.

“The ultimate goal of farming is not the growing of crops but the cultivation and perfection of human beings.”
