Observation

Red clover belongs to the legume family and works with soil bacteria to fix atmospheric nitrogen, enriching the ground around it. Its rosy flower heads provide nectar for pollinators and have traditionally been dried for tea, particularly in herbal practices associated with respiratory, skin, and women’s health.
