Observation
Our chickens produce richly flavored, substantial meat while performing important work on the farm. Their nitrogen-rich manure feeds soil fertility, while their scratching spreads and incorporates organic matter. As they forage, they also consume insects and disrupt pest cycles, turning appetite and movement into useful forms of land care.
